How soon can I get a price quote?
For most projects, once we know bottle weight,pump size,cap material & weight, or glass bottle decoration method, ,printing requirements and quantity, we can provide you with a price quote within 24 hours.
How long will it take to produce my products?
General speaking, it will take 4 weeks for us to prepare your order if the mold is exist. But if we have stocks bottles, we can ship immediately once you confirm your order.
Can I have a custom designed and mock up sample?
We are a custom shop. We design and construct each projectin accordance with customer's needs. We also can mock up samples quickly after getting design from customers.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the daily production capacity is very huge and shipping freight is high, we do not accept small orders. Our minium order quantity is 10,000 pcs per model,but we can help to do several color for choice. we recommended you order a 20" GP or 40" HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost. Can I get a sample?
Yes, on some stock items, we can send immediately. For shipping charge, if you are new customers for our company, only provide us fedex,dhl or tnt or ups account number for freight collect.If You are our old customer,we can send free samples exclude some certain items.If you want special decoration or printing with package bottles,we will charge a reasonable sample cost and prepare samples in 7 days.
Do you sell other products not listed on website?
We sell over 500 different types of cosmetic packaging items and are always adding new items to our website every year. Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in designing and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help carry out your ideas into perfect bottles and caps.we can design drawing and 3D display to you. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo , text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation. What is your Trade terms?
We accept EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF , DDU etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
